The Power of Consistency

Consistency is such a simple thing, yet it is painfully hard to achieve. You may have a routine for a few things in your life -- going to the gym, eating breakfast, going to bed early, but are you consistent with your marketing efforts?Emailing your subscribers on a regular basis and posting to social media on a schedule can drastically improve your marketing reach.

1. Consistency Makes Your Brand Dependable

People like to work with business partners that are dependable. People they know they can reach whenever they need. The same goes for deciding on a brand or company to go with.By posting to social media on a regular schedule, users get the impression that your brand is omnipresent and you're available anytime they need you.

2. It Brings Customers Back

If customers know when and where to find you, they will start coming to you rather than you having to reach out to them. For example, if you post a new podcast to Facebook every Monday at 8am and someone has made your podcast part of their routine, guess where they'll be on Monday at 8am? You guessed it! On your Facebook page looking for a link to the latest podcast.

3. It Adds up to Much More

Each time you post to social media, you have a marginal increase in brand awareness, dependability, and even customer potential.Over time, these small efforts will amount to much more. As stated by Aristotle,

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Each individual social media post may not have a huge, noticeable impact, but as a whole they will help your company grow its brand and begin attracting more customers.

The Hack to Consistency

As you already know being consistent is hard, so it's important to use a tool that can simplify the process.Using a social media scheduling tool makes it drastically simpler to be consistent by not only publishing updates at the scheduled time, but also making it very apparent when your queue is empty and you need to create more content to be broadcasted.[caption id="attachment_2584" align="alignnone" width="2260"]
