Streamline Content Creation With Our Social Media Image Editor & CaptionAI

Learn how to streamline your content creation with our social media image editor & CaptionAI tools!

You know it, we know it - social media requires a steady diet of content to remain seen and relevant.

But don’t worry if you’re feeling the pressure to constantly create content! In this post, we’ll show you how to streamline your content creation with Cloud Campaign’s social media image editor and AI caption writing tool. Let’s dive in!

Step 1 - Image Research

It’s no secret that visual content drives more engagement from viewers. But finding good copyright-free images consistently is difficult and sometimes costly.

Instead, you can access Pexel’s royalty-free stock image library through Cloud Campaign to search and use over 3.2 million photos (and growing!) in your posts, worry free. Here’s how!

First, click the Create Content button in the top right of your navigation bar, main dashboard, or Content Library.

This brings up the Create Content wizard, which gives you options to create a social media post, Instagram Story or Reels, or Facebook Cover Photo. For this walkthrough, we’ll select “Post” from the creation options.

Next, give your post a title. This is what appears in your Content Library, so make sure it’s something that fits your Social Media Asset Management Strategy.

Then, select what accounts you want to post to. Now is where the fun really begins!

Pexels Image Searching

You have a few options for adding images to your post. Of course you can upload any image you have saved locally to your device.

But if you’re lacking in the image department or trying to hit a tight deadline, you can select the “Find Free Stock Images” button to access the Pexels library.

This brings up the Pexels search window. Use the search bar like you would Google to find high-quality images for your post.

Just click one or more images to select them, then click the Add button to add to your post.

Step 2 - Image Editing

Now let’s get creative with your image by clicking the pencil icon on the image thumbnail to open the image editor.

This tool gives you a range of options to edit and customize your photo. Check out our full walkthrough of our editing tool here.

From here you can crop, add filters, and adjust image settings like brightnes, contrast, saturation, and more.

You can also add visual elements to your images like frames, emojis, and even custom stickers.

The image editor also has a text editor you can use to add custom text to your images. This is perfect for adding CTA’s or other messages to your photos.

Once you’ve finished your edits, click save to apply.

It’s important to note that once edits are applied, they cannot be undone after they’ve been saved.

Step 3 - AI Caption Writing

Now that your image has been saved, you can use CaptionAI to create up to 10 captions to go with it.

Keep in mind if your prompt contains a request to create multiple social media captions, it will generate multiple captions within the results.

For example, “Write social media captions about celebrating coffee” will include multiple captions within each caption, up to ten captions.

Whereas, “Write a social media caption about celebrating coffee” will include a single caption, up to ten.

You can select options for tone, Emojis, and hashtags to dial in your post further.

You can also select the option for platform specific captions, which applied platform-specific rules and tone to the results.

Once your captions have been generated, you can select the ones you want to save and edit further.

After clicking the Select Captions button, you can then edit the captions and adjust your platform-specific captions.

We also want to reiterate the importance of always double checking content generated by any AI platform for accuracy.

Step 4 - Scheduling & Publishing Your Content

Once you’ve finished editing your captions, you can select whether the content requires approval and your recycling options. Check out our post on How To Recycle Content to boost engagement to learn more.

You can also add Category tags to organize your content and fill your posting schedules to automate your posting.

New to Category tags? Check out our post on Organizing Your Content Library With Category Tags and Automating Your Social Media Posting Using Category Tags to learn more!

Once you’ve finished selecting your posting options, you can post it right away, save and schedule it, or save it to your Content Library for future editing or review.

That’s it for our guide on streamlining your content creation process using our social media image editor and CaptionAI! We hope it saves you time managing your content workflow.
